Update: as I was driving into my complex tonight I noticed that another apartment put lights up on their balcony....and they did a one-up and put them up on their windows too. So, I've got some work to do. I'm thinking this will be some good inspiration for becoming the best Christmas light decorator in the complex...it's good to have goals you know!
